Curriculum

Attending the PhD in Art Studies, University of Coimbra, with a scholarship awarded by FCT. He is a theater critic in the Público newspaper and a lecturer in the Superior School of Music and Arts of the Spectacle (ESMAE). He was a playwright resident at the Municipal Theater Office, artistic director of the Oficina Theater, in Guimarães and Jury of the Pontifical Support for Theater in 2004 and 2007. He collaborated with several publications, such as the Theater Education Lexicon, edited by Perspectiva, and Drama, Scene Signs, Dressing Room, Creole, Hemispheric, Essay and Adagio, and coordinated numerous events, seminars, meetings and workshops related to dramaturgy in Portugal and Brazil. It has several pieces published and taken to the scene, having its piece Exodus been named for the Award of Better Dramatization of the APCA.

 Jorge Palinhos has a degree in Modern Languages and Literature, and a Master's degree in Terminology and Translation, with a thesis on Text Studies, and a PhD in Cultural Studies. In theater he is the author of several plays published and presented in Portugal, Brazil, Spain, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Serbia, Germany and the USA. He was awarded the Miguel Rovisco Prize 2003, the 2007 Manuel-Deniz Jacinto Prize, and was a finalist of the António José da Silva Prize in 2011. He collaborated with different Portuguese and International theatre groups and venues. He was a playwright and guest dramaturgist for the European Capital of Culture Guimarães 2012. He is in the Editorial Board of Aniki journal, and vice-director of Plateia.

Curriculum

PhD and Master in Cognitive Sciences, University of Minho. Degree in Psychology, by the University of Minho and in Theater - Interpretation, by ESMAE - School of Music and Performing Arts. As an actress, she has worked with numerous national and international filmmakers. As playwright she already has more than twenty written and staged pieces, some of them edited. As a director, she has been developing a regular work, highlighting the pieces premiered by the Reasonable World, which she founded and directs. Since 2006 he has been teaching in artistic, professional and higher schools. She is director of the Department of Theater and Cinema of ESAP - Escola Superior Artística do Porto. She is an integrated researcher at CEAA - Centro de Estudos Arnaldo Araújo, in the group of Art and Critical Studies.
