Anselmo Canha. Degree in Communication Design - Graphic Art (University of Porto, 1984). Master in Image Design (University of Porto, 2008), PhD in Design (University of Porto, 2018). As a researcher, he is dedicated to the relationships between independent contexts of creation - namely non-professional and experimental - and social transformation. In his master dissertation he studied the Stop Shopping Center. His PhD thesis elected a community radio - Radio Manobras - as the center of a constellation of cases in the city of Porto. He co-coordinated “Manobras no Porto”, a project dedicated to think and act through creative action in the Historic Center of Porto. He has been a professional designer since 1984, having developed work mainly in the editorial, corporate identity and signage fields, the latter being his current professional specialization.

From 1986 to 1989 he attended the Porto Superior Art School where he completed his Bachelor in Photography and from 2002 to 2003 he graduated in Art and Communication - Photography. Attends since 2014/15 the University of Porto Lusófona PhD in Media Arts Works in photography since 1990 in the most varied areas. He has been working as a visual artist since 1991. He continually investigates many aspects of the Visual Arts, both practical and theoretical. More recent works we highlight in 2014 - "Memories" Exhibition Integrated in the 38th FITEI, Photography and Image Editing of the Project Some Reasons for a Non-Demissionary Art, supported by DGARTES-Secretariat of State for Culture, Photography and production of the exhibition SUFOCO of the artist Silvestre Pestana, Espaço Mira Porto .2015 - Photography and Image Editing of the Correspondence Project He has taught several curricular units at ESAP since 1990/1991.

Bachelor of Fine Arts / Painting by FBAUP (1981). PhD from the University of Vigo (Department of Sculpture, 2014), with the thesis "Art and Memory: Developments and derivations about the concept of memory and its contribution to artistic practice". He was a Fellow of the Foundation for Science and Technology (2009-2012). Since 1982, he has been teaching at ESAP's Higher Arts Courses, of which he was one of the founders, having held various positions. As a plastic artist, he began exhibiting in 1978: he held 5 solo exhibitions and participated in more than 150 collectives, in Portugal and abroad, being represented in some public and private collections. Between 1976 and 1981 he worked in Animation Cinema, including two films subsidized by the Portuguese Cinema Institute, produced by Cinematógrafo - collective of intervention, of which he was one of the founders. In 2015 Trindade re-started working in cinema, having produced two short films which were shown in some international film festivals.

Joana Baptista Costa is a graphic designer and researcher. PhD in Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto (2019) and graduated from the School of Arts and Design of Caldas da Rainha (2006). She is a researcher at the Institute for Research in Art Design and Society (I2ADS). She is interested in research and curatorship, studies in design, archive, graphic heritage and material culture, production processes and editing modes. She develops research in the domains of theory and criticism of graphic design in Portugal. His doctorate 'Discourses of graphic design in its emergence in Portugal (1960-2000)' proposes a historiography of graphic design based on discourses. As a designer, she encourages the intersection of processes and methodologies between design and research. She is co-founder of the Joana & Mariana Graphic Design Studio, in which she develops visual identity, editorial and exhibition design projects for various entities.

He is co-founder of the design office - GSA Design, specializing in the development of visual identities as well as in editorial in the area of cultural production, among others. Researcher and curator in Contemporary Art. Living between Valencia, Spain and Porto, Portugal. PhD by the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He is an assistant professor at ESAP, Escola Superior Artística do Porto. He is an Integrated Researcher at the Arnaldo Araújo Research Center, in the group of Research in Art and Critical Studies. In the field of cultural production he has collaborated with different institutions such as the Serralves Museum of Contemporary Art, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the Art and Architecture program of the European Capital of Culture, Guimarães 2012. Since 2004 he has been a member of several university research groups at the UPV in Valencia, and UFRGS in Porto Alegre, Brazil, for the development of international cooperation projects, based on the creation of nuclei of thought around new contemporary processes of artistic creation, as well as the investigation of new territories in production, criticism and diffusion of the plastic arts. He is the editor of the book, Infraestructuras emergentes, on the production, management and cultural diffusion. He has developed research on the relations between art, politics and society with an emphasis on spatial and performative arthritic practices. Natural de Coimbra, viveu até aos 18 anos na Figueira da Foz. Tem Mestrado em Arquitectura pela Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade Técnica de Lisboa (2010). Como arquitecto, trabalhou em Lisboa e Xangai (em reabilitação e planeamento urbano, respectivamente). É professor do 1º ano do curso de Banda Desenhada no Ar.Co desde 2018. Encontra-se neste momento a iniciar o Doutoramento na área de História da Tecnologia na FCT-Nova.
Começou a auto-publicar o seu trabalho em 2012, com o zine Enjoo de Invocação, escrito a meias com Astromanta. No mesmo ano publicou ainda Inner Math/Megafauna, também colaborando com Astromanta, com quem fundou, juntamente com Hetamoé e Mao, o colectivo Clube do Inferno. Publicou ainda com a Kingpin Books (Safe Place), a Polvo (Madoka Machina) e a Chili Com Carne (QCDI #3000). Actualmente, coordena a recém fundada chancela de zines Erva Daninha com a artista Joana Mosi.
Expõe individual e colectivamente desde 2012: participou na exposição Parasitas, na Mundo Fantasma, em 2012. Em 2014, esteve patente na LIGHTNING RIDING WAVES OF FIRE, na El Pep Store. Em 2015, na mesma loja, teve uma exposição individual. Voltou a expor novamente em nome próprio com Bestiário, em 2019, no espaço AHTAKI (Lisboa).

NR graduated in Sculpture at FBAUP/School of Fine Arts, University of Porto (1999), and holds an MFA in New Genres from the San Francisco Art Institute (2008). In 2011 he began a PhD research in Art at Goldsmiths College, University of London, and completed it at FBAUP/School of Fine Arts, University of Porto. Since 1999 he has been developing his work in the field of visual arts, individually and in collaboration with other artists, in areas such as drawing, installation, sculpture, performance, sound, video and curatorial practices. He has held 17 solo exhibitions, 5 of which in collaboration with fellow artists, and participated in over 60 group shows in Portugal, Brazil, Spain, USA, Norway, UK, Russia and Germany. He was the curator of 7 exhibitions, and since 2016 he is the programmer of the Portuguese video art and moving image screening project Playlist, held in Porto, with 42 shows produced and presented so far. Together with Isabel Ribeiro and Susana Chiocca, he was responsible for the Recursos Humanos / Human Resources programme, a series of talks dedicated to the public presentation and discussion of works and creation processes by artists, architects, designers and others. His work is represented in institutional collections such as CAV - Centro de Artes Visuais and the Serralves Museum of Contemporary Art, as well as in several private collections. In 2002 he was resident artist at Triangle France, Marseille, and in 2004 he was one of the nominees for the EDP Young Artists award in Portugal. Between 2006 and 2008 he was the recipient of a Fulbright scholarship, and the Louise Woods Memorial scholarship. He was also awarded a Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation Art Research grant between 2011 and 2015. From 2000 to 2005 he collaborated with the education program of the Serralves Museum of Contemporary Art. He was teaching assistant in the New Genres course at the San Francisco Art Institute in 2007, and in 2011 began teaching at the BFA in Photography program, ESAP - Porto Art School, where he leads a seminar on Portuguese video art since 2017. He lives and works in Porto and is represented by Graça Brandão gallery, Lisbon.

Rodrigo Paglieri, nasceu em Santiago do Chile, viveu e trabalhou no Brasil de 1988 a 2018 e desde setembro de 2019 reside em Porto/Portugal onde é Professor Auxiliar Convidado no curso de Artes Visuais da Escola de Arquitetura da Universidade do Minho – EAUM, onde também atua como investigador colaborador do Laboratório de Paisagens, Património e Território – Lab2PT. Desde 2019 Paglieri é Doutor em Artes Visuais pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação da Escola de Belas Artes da Universidade Federal do Rio de janeiro – PPGAV/EBA/UFRJ. Entre 2018 e 2019 Paglieri residiu em Barcelona onde desenvolveu sua pesquisa na Universitat de Barcelona como bolsista do PDSE da Capes. O artista/pesquisador tem desenvolvido seu trabalho em duas direções básicas; uma para fruição em galeria com produção de objetos acionados por mecanismos e video-instalações, e outra de intervenção urbana, voltada para espaços públicos. Foi fundador e integrante do coletivo Projeto de Arte Entorno, entre 2000 e 2004. Desde 1998, tem realizado exposições individuais; concebido, participado, colaborado e organizado, inúmeros eventos, tais como: Exposições Coletivas, Workshops, Cursos, Aulas Públicas ou Conferências. Recebeu prêmios e distinções estando representado em instituições e coleções privadas. Este ano teve sua obra “Compasso” incorporada ao acervo do Centro Cultural do Fórum da Maia.

He is currently a researcher in the Art and Critical Studies research group at the Arnaldo Araújo Study Center.
