KinoGame/KinoBox

KinoGame/KinoBox is a training project for children and young people with the support of Instituto do Cinema e do Audiovisual (ICA) that aims to disseminate the cinematographic language based on filmic fragments of Portuguese cinema. Professors of the degree in Cinema and Audiovisual Nelson Araújo, Ivo Reis and Alumni Vanessa Fernandes were at the Professional School of Campanhã to continue the project.

What do you hear from what you see? What do you see from what you hear? From fragments of the film A Janela (Maryalva Mix), 2001, by Edgar Pêra, the sound challenges that the film proposes were discussed. From here, we jump to the importance of sound design in cinematographic language. The creative and creative role of montage; The multiartistic nature of Edgar Pêra; the presence of comics and silent cinema in the film worked.
